The hotel room was in dire need of some serious upgrades, with noticeable signs of wear and tear and outdated furnishings. On the upside, the location was convenient, being close to shopping areas and the BTS stations. The dining options left much to be desired, with limited choices and even some hygiene issues in one case. Nonetheless, the service from the staff was a mix of disinterested and unwelcoming encounters with some genuinely pleasant and helpful interactions.
